Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.

Exception for supplements (hygiene)

Supplements are sealed goods. For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal ends once the seal has been broken. We therefore only accept returns of unopened and sealed products.

30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and sealed products, counted from the delivery date.

How to return

Contact us at info@herbsbysonja.com before sending an item back, and you will receive return instructions and an address.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping in the case of withdrawal or the 30-day return. If an item is faulty or damaged, we cover the return shipping (see Complaints).

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving and approving the return, to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Complaints (faulty item)

If an item is faulty or damaged, you have the right under EU consumer law to file a complaint for at least 2 years. Contact us at info@herbsbysonja.com with your order number and, ideally, a photo, and we'll resolve it. For approved complaints, we cover the shipping.
