Shipping policy

Delivery

We ship from our EU warehouse and process orders the same day (weekdays) when placed before 12:00. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

The delivery times below refer to business days after the order has been dispatched:

• Sweden: 2-3 days
• Denmark and Finland: 3-5 days
• Norway: shipped with tracking, normally 4-7 days (customs handling may apply)
• Rest of the EU: 3-5 days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs handling and peak seasons.

Shipping cost

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your market. We offer free shipping above a certain order value. The applicable threshold for your market and currency is shown on the homepage and at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link by email.

Uncollected parcels

For parcels that are not collected and are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the actual cost of return shipping and re-delivery.
